Ms. Santiago is the founder and CEO of Get Hired Coach, a career transition and coaching practice that helps job seekers in all phases of their careers position themselves to get their next and best job. She uses a highly customized approach to career coaching. Ms. Santiago has over 25 years of corporate experience and has worked in some of the most prestigious firms in federal contracting. She has held management and executive positions for large corporations, medium sized companies and small business startups. Her employers have included Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, and PricewaterhouseCoopers to name a few. Some of her clients include Fannie Mae, the National Institutes of Health, Department of the Army, Department of Labor, and the Chief Architect for the Department of Defense.
During her career Ms. Santiago has been actively involved with the sourcing and hiring process for literally hundreds of employees. She has worked closely with recruiters, search firms and in-house human resource departments to identify staffing needs, develop position descriptions, and approve salaries and hiring packages. She has been fortunate to have great coaches and mentors to navigate her career. It was by serving as a mentor and coach that she discovered her passion for coaching. It is especially rewarding for her to see the profound impact her coaching has on the lives of her clients.
Ms. Santiago holds a B.A from the University of Baltimore in Business Management and an M.S from Johns Hopkins University in Information Systems. She is a Baltimore native and currently resides in the DC Metro area.
